Student-Athlete Advisory Committee

About SAAC

The Student-Athlete Advisory Committee is a board made up of student-athletes who are committed to generating a voice for the student-athlete within Mt. Hope High School and the Rhode Island Interscholastic League. One of the main purposes for SAAC is to make other student-athletes aware of important issues facing today's high school student-athlete population, and to develop leaders within the high school. SAAC is dedicated to promoting a positive student-athlete image within the athletic programs and creating active citizens, life-long learners and socially responsible leaders.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Mt. Hope SAAC is to enhance the total student-athlete experience by promoting opportunity, protecting student-athlete welfare and fostering a positive student-athlete image.
