Welcome to the RIIL Media Information landing page.  
A Few Reminders Before Proceeding:

  • Regular-season games are under the jurisdiction of host schools; therefore, requests for media/sideline access for those contests must be obtained through an athletic director and/or school administrator and the media must comply with the respective school district policies.  
  • RIIL media credentials are for Rhode Island Interscholastic League Tournament events ONLY and are issued to accredited persons employed by, and responsible to, recognized media entities.
  • Individuals must re-apply for credentials each school year.  If you received an RIIL Media Credential in the past, you are NOT guaranteed a pass this year.

The digital and TV rights for RIIL Tournament games have been exclusively licensed by the NFHS Network. The NFHS Network has exclusive rights to stream audio and video to the internet for RIIL tournament games. For events in which the NFHS Network has declined to cover, other entities may request permission from the RIIL to provide audio or video streams governed by the existing rate schedule.
